Application method and connection diagram of Kehua UPS

Precautions for installation of Kehua UPS:

1. The area where UPS power supply is placed must be well ventilated and away from water, combustible gas and corrosive agent.

2. It should not be placed on the side. Keep the air inlet hole at the lower end of the front panel, the air outlet hole of the fan on the rear cover plate and the air inlet hole on the side of the box unobstructed.

3. The ambient temperature around UPS shall be kept between 0 ℃ - 40 ℃.

4. If the machine is disassembled and used at low temperature, water droplets may condense. It must be installed and used after the inside and outside of the machine are completely dry, otherwise there is a risk of electric shock.

5. Please put the ups near the mains power input socket, so as to unplug the mains power input plug and cut off the power supply in case of emergency.

6. When the load equipment is connected with Kehua} UPS power supply, the load must be turned off first, then connected, and then turned on one by one.

7. Connect Kehua UPS power supply to a special socket with overcurrent protection device.

8. All power sockets shall be connected with protective grounding wire.

9. No matter whether the input power line is inserted into the mains socket or not, the UPS power output may be charged. Turning off the UPS power host does not ensure that the parts in the host are not charged. If you want to make the UPS power supply without output, you must first turn off the switch and then cancel the mains power supply.

10. For standard machines, it is recommended to charge the battery for 8 hours before use. As long as the power plug is connected to the host, ups will automatically charge the battery. If it is not charged, it can also be used immediately, but the backup time will be less than the standard value.

11. Motor and display shall be connected. In case of inductive load such as laser printer, the starting power is too large during operation. When selecting UPS, the capacity shall be calculated based on the starting power. The starting power is generally twice the rated power.

Installation method of Kehua UPS UPS and battery:

1. Determine the DC voltage of Kehua UPS power supply

2. Connect Kehua UPS mains power input

3. Assemble Kehua battery pack by series connection (see the figure below)


4. Connect the battery air switch and wiring terminal in turn

5. Power connection line from battery cabinet to Kehua UPS
